返金ポリシー
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please be noted that we do not accept cancellation of orders, but we accept exchanges. Besides, you have to be responsible for the shipping cost of your return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you must contact us at monkeyanddonkeydesign@gmail.com within 14 days after receiving your item. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please be noted that you have to ship your item back within 14 days after we accept your request.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), digital downloads, intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Returns and exchange details
1. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as we are independent artists and hope everything goes smoothly.
2. Exchange is allowed once there is breakage when goods received, and please be noted that shipping fees cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please send us photos including full shots of the relevant items and closeups of the breakage. You might have to send us back the items according to our request, and we would pay the postal fees incurred.
3. Once an order has been confirmed and relevant payment has been settled, your cancellation of the order will NOT be accepted. Please place your order without hesitation.
4. For your understanding, we will not be responsible for any loss of the ordered items in the custom and the post of your country.
5. IMPORTANT: For your understanding, it's a fact and not an excuse that every computer monitor displays the same color a bit differently, so the colors of our products you received might vary from what you see on your computer screen.
